Original asset by drunkill

This is an updated version of drunkill's original Melbourne Central Tower, featuring additional textures, fixed LOD, ME Bank logos and other improvements. The asset remains just the standalone tower; I only intended this to be a quick update so haven't modelled any other parts of the Melbourne Central complex.

Designed by Australian architectural firm Bates Smart, the tower was completed in 1991 as part of the Melbourne Central retail and office complex, housing 51 floors of office space.

For a more generic appearance, the ME Bank logos can be removed by following these steps:
  • Go to Content Manager and disable 'ME Bank logo' under Assets
  • Rename the building in-game

Recommended mods:
Additive Shader for the ME Bank logo to light up at night. Alternatively, use Visibility Control for better performance.

Ploppable RICO Revisited to add RICO settings to this building.

@elemental1100 thanks for the explanation, haven't dealt much with with locally stored props before so that clears things up.

I've just updated the building so hopefully it should work properly now.

Firstly, thank you for the great asset.

I also use PA and unfortunately it doesn't work fine for me.

Loading screen mod reports that the ME Bank logo prop is missing.

The following text was not written by me but it explains the problem:

Most likely you used your locally saved props before you shared them... For the creator, it will never show up as an error, as your game fetches the locally stored originals!

If you place your locally stored props on a usb stick, you'll have the same error we do.
To fix this, just open the asset in the editor and replace the props used with the ones your pc downloaded from the workshop and update the asset in the workshop.

It's not your fault, it is a quirk of the editor...
Many creators face this issue, there is only one way never to encounter it: upload your props to the workshop, move the originals to an external storage for safekeeping, download the props from the workshop and then make your building using these props.

It should function with any of the additive shader mods. I use PA and it works fine.

Yes, the logo is included and enabled.

Could be the issue based on the Additive Shader dependency?
