Daifaeic's Priestess of Valaya for Dwarfs

Valaya is goddess of the hearth, healing, and brewing, the founder of many Dwarfholds (including Karaz-a-Karak and Karak Eight Peaks) and the protector of the Dwarf race. Valaya is credited with establishing the Dwarf culture and inventing their runic script. When Grungni prophesied the coming of Chaos, Valaya devised a special rune to protect the Dwarfs and their underground shelters from the hostile magics. Valaya is depicted as the archetypal Dwarf woman with long, braided hair reaching down to her feet. She is normally shown wearing chain mail over a purple gown, and carrying a rune-axe named Kradskonti (“Peacegiver”). A shield with the runic representation of “Ancestor Queen” (Gromthi Rinri) is the symbol most often associated with the cult of Valaya. Other symbols include a sheaf of hops and a stylized hearth. Valaya’s Clerics wear purple robes trimmed in gold, and wear a round medallion with her cult runes inscribed upon it. The cult of Valaya is open to any adult Dwarf, especially brewers and healers.

An AOE buff focused hero - The priestess inspires Dwarfs around her to fight far harder than usual, and heals those around her. She also has 3 activatable abilities, 2 with a longer range but limited uses.

I designed the priestess to be heavily armoured and hard to kill, but not with much offensive power (for a hero). She mainly buffs the units around her and slowly heals them slightly faster than regeneration, keeping them in the fight longer. She does not heal herself though, except with Blessing of Valaya! With the right specialisation she can become very dangerous in combat! They have no offensive Abilities (all AOE buffs) and 2 limited use single target ranged buffs, to avoid stepping on the Runesmith's toes too much.

This mod needs Mixer, as the hero uses an agent type that is not usually unlocked for Dwarfs. This is to allow compatibility with other dwarf Hero mods, such as Mixu's Slayers. If there is demand for a Mixer free version, I'll consider it.

I welcome feedback regarding the character's balance below! Is she over-tuned or under-tuned? Is an ability busted? I would love to know, but no guarantees that I make your requested change. Of course also let me know if anything is actually broken. This is my first major mod and it took me 2 weeks of reading every tutorial I could find- which leads me to...
