Right click to Skryim Special Edition on the steam library, click on Properties
, go to the data folder you should find two voice file, Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa AND Skyrim - Voices_xx0.bsa

XX is the language from your country, FR, IT, what ever.
do a backup of the ENGLISH file on the desktop or whatever, and then delete the one from the data folder (so the one from your country, in my case, Skyrim - Voices_fr0.bsa) move the english voice file on the data folder again and rename it so it match the file name from the one you just deletted, so in my case i renamed Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa to Skyrim - Voices_fr0.bsa
save everything, it's done, play.

If you don't have " Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa ", you'll need to download the english version of skyrim special edition, here how to ->

Right click to Skryim Special Edition on the steam library, click on Properties, then on the language tab and select english
The game will now download the english voice just be patient..
Once it's done, go to the Skryim Special Edition installation directory
Go to the Data Folder and copy past the Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa to the desktop of where you want to
Now right click to Skryim Special Edition on the steam library again, click on Properties, then on the language tab select the language you want
Once the second download is done, go back to the Skyrim special edition installation directory and just do the swap thing I explained in the first part of the guide.
