Alright yes I know, the name doesnt make much sense but PLEASE BARE with me, I thought about the name for atleast 30 minutes...
Works with face AND hat reskins!

Ellis has gotten prepared to do some suspicous things, he's trying to be as sleek as he possibly can so he is prepared to start doing mischevious things..

Man you could just make same skin from Nickolox and just add Ellis cap and that's all. It could be perfect like Veteran Bill from Nickolox but with his original Beret.

Hey, I have a request because Ellis has a good INS:S mod but you can't add a hat to him and he looks like an asshole without it. Can you make a version of the same with Bill only with a hat? I would be grateful for this mod. You had a good idea for it, but it looks bad, so I want the original INS:S so that Ellis has a cap uploaded.
