How to "Fix" Crashes and lagging while entering the Promenade

After reading alot of Posts and comments in the Forum most of the people could "Fix" those 2 problems by either

1. Disabling Shadows

2. Enabling V-Sync

3. Playing on 60HZ

4. Playing in Window Fullscreen Mode


I hope by following those Steps you can reduce the Lag and Crashes you encounter.
