解説
SHOULD NOT REQUIRE TF2

Serves the same purpose as its original counterpart, but with a few changes on the "thirdperson" side of it.

Those changes are:
-Color values have re-changed according to the TF2 2018 leak (Jungle Inferno Update), making them 1:1 with TF2. Sadly, because of that, i removed all options that weren't on TF2 for the colors (since TF2 uses 2 color values for low and high killstreak effects, i didn't feel like doing those for lots of other colors were worth it, sorry.)
-Behaviour of the material has also changed to fit those leaks. (Correct framerate and whatnot.)
-The Killstreaks are now "Professional", which means it creates particles on the eye of your playermodel. Since various playermodels differ eye positions, you can reposition them in the old Client menu. There is also a function to enable 2 debug models so you can better visualize where the effects will be. Of course you can disable them if you want just your weapons to be shiny.
-Those effects change according to how much kills you got. Same old rules, go kick ass!

The viewmodel and weapon model side is still the same as the previous addon so that much is stable, however, the particles *might* have some issues, those being:
-Effects might invert the rendering, AKA render on FP instead of TP. (No idea why it happens)
-Effects may lag behind if you are too fast. (Limitation, not all playermodels have a left and right eye attachments, will have to be kept this way if i want to make it generic, you also can't parent models to the player without having the particles respect the model's attachments instead of the owner.)

Besides that, all is the same.

Credits to YuRaNnNzZZ for the original addon code and execution, i simply wanted to implement something more to it after seeing myself bored and wanting to re-increment whatever old stuff i had on my legacy addons archive.

Arc9: Breaks C_model rendering. Needs a proper patch.

there is a glitch that if you go in third person the killstreak eye effect is stuck in the air

the sheen breaks the arccw scope attachments.

I know this is for killstreaks, but can a command to make it carry between lives be made? I usually kill bind to clear my weapons then I have to merc a ton of npcs again.

@nuclearbomb42: Yeah, i figured that out recently, gotta figure how the render code is done, not gonna be doing a patch anytime soon due to me sucking at RT code (every time i try to do it i break everything)

the weapons from modern warfare base don't shine, the viewmodels don't break though, at least for me.
