In the quest Nocturne Op55N1, following a conversation with Misty on the rooftop, you will engage in dialogue with Johnny to make a decision. Later on, after defeating Adam Smasher, you will face another decision, which I have listed below for you to choose from and proceed with, depending on what options are available to you.

• Going with Rogue. ( Requirements: Complete all of Rogue's side-quests )

• Going with Panam. ( Requirements: Complete all of Panam side-quests )

in the Nocturne Op55N1 quest after talking on the rooftop with Misty. you will talk with Johnny to make a choice. I will name the ones that will lead us to the achievement.

The Devil
Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.
The objective that requires your attention is "Search and Destroy." Toward the end of this mission and after the meeting, Takemura's hideout is infiltrated by Arasaka. Jonny advises you that it is pointless to assist Takemura as he is likely dead, and the objective instructs you to exit the apartment building immediately.

Despite these warnings, once you regain control, enter the room opposite to where you start and search for a hole in the wall on your left. At the back of the apartment, you will find some stairs. Climb them and eliminate the Arasaka agents to rescue Takemura. Ensure that you leave with him.

From here, you can proceed with the game as usual until you reach the "Nocturne Op55N1" mission. Continue through the mission until you reach the roof and must make a decision. Select the option "Think trusting Arasaka’s risky but worth it," followed by "Take some Omega Blockers." This will lead you down a linear path that guarantees you will unlock the achievement.

The Star
Leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.
In the quest Nocturne Op55N1, following a conversation with Misty on the rooftop, you will engage in dialogue with Johnny to make a decision. Later on, after defeating Adam Smasher, you will face another decision. you have to choose on the rooftop "[Call] Panam." then after defeating Adam Smasher and talking to Alt choose "Wanna live out whatever life I got left." and then go to the well.

Bushido and Chill
Watch Bushido X with Rogue.
To start Rogue's quest, complete the main story missions "Transmission," "Tapeworm," and "A Cool Metal Fire." After helping the Voodoo Boys, let Johnny take control of your body until you wake up with Rogue, which unlocks her side-quests.

Complete Rogue's side-quests, including "Chippin' In," and wait for her to contact you for the Blistering love mission and then kiss her at the movie. Note that the final main story mission, "Nocturne OP55N1," is not to be completed yet, and always let johnny have control over your body.

Stanislavski's Method
Use a dialogue option related to V's life path 10 times.
As you play through the story and side missions, you will be presented with different dialogue choices. Opt for the Nomad, Streetkid, or Corpo options whenever they are available. example:




Master Crafter
Craft 3 Legendary items.
To obtain the crafting spec for the legendary System Reset in the side job Spellbound, you must successfully data mine the Book of Spells using the sequence BD E9 BD 55 1C FF BD. Meanwhile, completing the side job Kold Mirage will provide you with an epic System Reset, which is a requirement for crafting the legendary version. make save and craft the legendary System Reset and the load back and do this 2 more times. if you didn't make a safe you can sell the legendary System Reset to a vendor and recraft it. be aware that you can only have only one legendary System Reset at a time.

Breathtaking
Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand.

I Am The Law
Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings.
All you need to know is that some of them appear after completing story missions so if you do everything and not getting the achievement make progress in the story and more of them will show up.

Autojock
Buy all vehicles available for purchase.
As you progress through the game, the fixer of each region will call and provide you with locations to purchase vehicles, which can be tracked in your journal under Rides. Some locations may require a certain Street Cred level, but you can find them by exploring the region. To afford all vehicles, avoid spending too much money on Cyberware or weapons. It's best to complete the main story, required side missions, Gigs, and NCPD Scanner Hustles to accumulate the needed funds, while also looting and selling valuable items dropped by enemies.

It's Elementary
Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.
Just do everything that you see on the map whatever icon there is that is not shop and fixer and apartment should be completed be aware that completing NCPD scanners sometimes turns into a hidden mission that will go to your journal so check that if you are not getting the achievement.

Must Be Rats
Perform the Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself.
To obtain this achievement, you can complete the Hacking section during the tutorial multiple times and it will count.

True Soldier
Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons.
Any ranged weapons will count toward this achievement.

True Warrior
Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies using melee weapons.
melee weapons including gorilla arms will count toward this achievement.

Full Body Conversion
Install at least one implant in each system and body part.
I suggest you make a save and then buy one implant for each slot and load back since you need the money for buying the cars.

Christmas Tree Attack
Complete a Breach Protocol with a minimum of 3 daemons uploaded.

Two Heads, One Bullet
Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.

Gun Fu
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a revolver or pistol in close combat.

Ten out of Ten
Reach the max level in any skill.
Make save and then go to vendors and buy crafting components as much as you can when they are out of stock wait 24h in-game for the vendors to restock. after buying ♥♥♥♥ tons of them start crafting, the goal is to reach level 20 at crafting. when you run out of components and you don't have money to spend, disassemble what you have crafted. do this until you get the achievement when you get the achievement load back to the save earlier.

V for Vendetta
After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds.

Daemon In The Shell
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one "Detonate Grenade" quickhack.

Gunslinger
Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.

Rough Landing
While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.

Right Back At Ya
Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.
Staying behind cover makes the enemy use grenades on you so just start a fight and wait behind the cover for them to throw a grenade at you and then kill them. I suggest using a powerful sniper.
