Io Colony Challenge

Build a colony on amidst the volcanoes on Jupiter's moon Io.
Based on my Io Map but without any of the highways, rail lines, or shipping connections.

It requires the snowfall DLC, because I'm using the snow to simulate volcanic ash.
Also make sure to get the custom map theme I made.
