Mirana is a strong early game roamer and can set up multiple stuns which can help secure early kills for the Mid or Carry.

Wards OR Courier should be purchased if your team has 2 supports.
If you are the only support you can afford to buy Sentries/Observers AND Courier.

Try to get your arrows from as far as you think you can as this will maximize your stun duration.
Follow up on a stun with a LEAP to get beside them and then StarStorm.
