Descripción
Cathaya Valley is a peaceful town, located between the Riverside and Rosewood.It is said that the survivors have established a safe area in the trailer park in the northeast of town. Why not take a chance?
This town is located in Cell 13*30
I designed it to be a transit station between riverside and rosewood. You can find many materials for life in the town, and there are many medical and military materials in the survivors' community in the northeast. It is worth exploring!

the best and the worst, south of the highway is 10+, but buildings have 0 space to the main road, streets aree quiet short and the gigamart is enormous for the town or other mod near (better replace with a motel?).

The food loot is pretty ridiculous. The back room of the GigaMart stock is really high. This is with Insanely Rare loot setting. Everything else seems not too bad. Thanks for all your hard work. I love the map.

yea judging by the picture alone i can tell you this conflicts with Lincoln Regional Airport, but that mod isn't terribly well done anyway.
