Quick View Entity Chart

I've made 2 versions of a simple Entities (Ghosts) info chart to make things easier to look up most of the info needed to hunt these dangerous spirits instead of flipping through a lot of pages in your journal to find it's weakness before it hunts and kills you. Chart 1 is the basic Evidence and Crafting Weakness. Chart 2 is the same with a bit more info.

Why did I make this? I'm a graphics designer and normally make charts when I play new games that contain lots of info that is spread out so I consolidate the info into a "Quick View Chart" I can look at from my desk. I normally don't share these with anyone but I've decided to share if people like it.

Feel free to print these out and use them if it helps you down below. I will try and update whenever new patches arrive. If anyone sees any mistakes or have ideas to add to, please let me know. :D
