Disable Bribe Unit

Beskrivelse
Makes the "Bribe Unit" dignitary action ineffective. Player and AI dignitaries can still conduct the action, but nothing happens if they're successful. Made to prevent AI agents from picking off your units.

I really like the initiative! Unfortunately, it dont work with mods "turns per year" :/

Oh man this is amazing. So annoying having a unit of elites fighting for 10 years across the world only to have them dissolved in one turn. Mechanically annoying and immersively annoying. Id be ok with tier 1-2 getting bribed but not my frikin Royal Galatian Guard

You know, I've always hated when my Vet 9 Legionary just says "screw this" and takes the money like its nothing.
