Step 1. Searching for View advanced system settings in Windows search bar

Step 2. Press Environment Variables

Step 3. Create a new System Variable (NOT USER VARIABLE)

Step 4. Enter or copy & paste the following into the Variable name box: OPENSSL_ia32cap

Step 5. Enter or copy & paste the following into the Variable value box: ~0x200000200000000

Step 6. Now press OK.

Now your Chess Ultra should work on win 11

I just turned off the steam overlay and it worked the next time I fired it up.

Hey justino. For win10 you can try follow this guide too. it's almost same as win11.

Hey Manjaro, I've contacted Devs and haven't had any solution from them yet. When ever I start up my game on Windows 10, it crashes the moment I press 'any button'. Already tried all the basic sh*t to no effect. Got any suggestions? :) I already tried launching the game file directly which only buys me an extra minute before crashing.
