How To Unlock "All Scenarios Without Using Save Files!!"

Hello there,
First of all please note that if you are here it's because you need this in some way. If you are here to troll and startcomplaining about using this kind of 'ways' to play a game rather than 'actually' playing it; I recommend you just play it then. No one force you to do this nor I don't give a rats butt about how you gonna play your game.

WARNING - THIS GUIDE WILL MODIFY YOUR REGISTRY DATA ON CERTAIN MANNER. DOING SO WILL NOT GET YOU BANNED OR ANY SYSTEM CRASH OR GAME FALIURE. BUT YOU CANNOT HELD ME RESPONSIBLE IF THIS LEADS TO IT. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE ON YOUR OWN WILLINGNESS, NO ONE FORCES YOU TO DO IT.

Also note- My native language is not English therefor there should be typos, errors and the guide was made within an hour for god sake. So cut some slack chief.

Spcial Notes -
1. You will still have to play the game for achievements.
2. You will still have to play the game to "save game" in order to "load game".
3. This is not considered hack, instructions were originated from telltale itself.
4. The purpose of these instructions was for people like me, who had backup of thier games, but game refuses to use the back up save files.

The Basic Rules...

First of all make sure you have played at least once and saved your game in the process. And must have completely closed/ exit the game.

1. Go to "Start", tupe "Regedit" in search. Launch it once it is found.

2. Once you got the Regedit running look for "Telltale Games" key.

3. Which contains several Keys "JPScore1" etc. (Will have more keys related to Jurassic Park and some of other Telltale Games, we'll talk about the rest later)

4. Now click on "JPScore1" and you will see some information as displayed on the image.

Saying "1", "REG_SZ", "0"

Every Number stands for one Episode. The scenarios then are each numbered and given a value ("-1", "0", "6"...). If you change the value from the scenario which is locked from "-1" to a positive Number - eg "0" it should help you to acces this scenario.

SO,
"1" stands for Episode's Scenario number.
"0" means the scenario is unlocked but yet to complete.

I hope you got it. If not no worries we can go deeper.

Let's Get Started.....

1. So as you can see, my scenario 7 is still locked. Let's find out whether we can unlock that and play the game.

2.Make sure you have exit the game properly. Now make your way back to last time we took off.
Right click on the key and click 'Rename'

3. Rename it to "7"

4. Launch the game and look for yourself.
WARNING - EACH TIME YOU CHANGED THE NUMBER GAME MUST BE LAUNCHED (doesn't need to play or load game, but just needed to be launched and game saves automatically with new registration values.

Adding A New Episode!

But above way only lets you to replay the scenarios which will not unlock the story nor "Load" game option. And will NOT unlock any episodes or scenarios by playing them.

1. So now here's the question "How to get to second Episode"?
Well, lets get on working on it as well.
Click on "Telltale Games" key -> "New" -> Key

2. Rename it to "JPScore2".

3. Now in it, "Right Click" -> "New" -> "String Value"

4. Once the String Value is created, right click on it and click "Modify"

5. Put "0" on "Value Data"
AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, GAME MUST BE LAUNCHED TO SAVE REG DATA.

**NEWSFLASH FOR GENIUS** - You can unlock any episode by creating new keys as JPScore1, JPScore2, JPScore3 and JPScore4. As long as you done accordingly as above instructions.

Conclusion & Finishing Off Loose Ends!

Remember I told you we will talk about some keys earlier, and guess what now is the time.

1. Get yourself to "JPScenario" key.
And make sure to make your key values ar same as the image shown here. It will have different values than showed in here. Make these values to your game.

Now lauch the game for once and for all. You will see that all Episodes are now playble. However Scenarios will be still locked . However you can play the final episode by clicking the "Begin Episode" in the in game menu or you decided to unlock them all by previous instructions. It's upto you. The game will now allow SAVE option as well. And you can "Load" game or continue story as you pleased,

Well, that's all folks. Hope that this helped you. It certainly helped me. Original instructions were from Telltale customer service. Which myself encountered due to lost save files. However i modified the instructions and found the rest of goodies myself. Took a whole day to got this running as these instructions and took another 2-3 hours to type this and make a guide to help my fellow community.

Save files stored under the registry?!
This has got to be one of the weirdest methods I've ever seen. I was baffled how the game kept regenerating my save every time I deleted the file. Cheers for the guide.
