This is a redirect link to my Silent Hunter 5 guide, which can be used for most U-Boat simulator games, and is meant as a convenience to quickly finding it with the Steam-Overlay for which it was designed for.

Note that the Steam-Overlay does not work by default for Silent Hunter 3, to get it working:
1. In steam, add a "Non-Steam Game" and locate Silent Hunter 3's root directory.
2. Select sh3.exe and add that as as a non-steam game.

This way when you launch from steam the sh3.exe you can now use the Steam Overlay.
