[simfphys] GTA 3D Era Vehicles

Hi
so this pack isn't actually complete, nor do I think it will ever be. It's missing the majority of GTA 3 and VC vehicles still, because I just never finished it back when I made it 2 years ago. Also, LVS and Glide weren't even a concept when I started making this pack, so that's why it's on simpis. The publishing date for this would be 2025/02/21

Features:
- (MOST) vehicles from the 3D Era, especially San Andreas, as simfphys vehicles
- Extra features work. (Raising bed on dumper, working bucket on dozer, spinning cement mixer)
- For vehicles that arent on simfphys, the pack includes PROPS you can pose.
Originally planned features:
- NAK 3 Stage hitbox system support. (If anyone wants this, the models ARE set up for it. You just need to make the lua scripts. I'll add it as a required addon)
- Working tow truck (Again, if someone wants to script this, the tow truck model IS set up for it. I'll add it to the mod if you do)
- LFS Aircraft, which obviously won't happen now





Controls further explained:
Use [ALT + Mouse 1] or [ALT + Mouse 2] to operate extra functions on some vehicles. Use [ALT + SPACE] to lock cars into place on the Packer. Note that a high impact collision will break the weld constraints and the cargo will still fall off!
