HEAVY Snow

Makes the Heavy Snow weather texture display stronger, bringing "clarity" to the snowstorm. The effect is subtle, and does not apply to gentle snow weather, only hard snows.

Note: It is a known side effect that the falling snow during the day will now appear more grey. This is due to the fact that the same overlay texture is used both during the day and the night, so if I were to make the texture brighter white, the snow would really stand out in the nighttime. I think this is an OK compromise.
