This happened with your weapons, but a lot of other ArcCW weapons as well. It was wildly inconsistent though, and there'd be times it would register. Granted I was using a cheat attachments and general perks & buffs, that made the weapons very powerful, and the mods are out of date by at least a year or two at this point.
i did some testing with friends where we all took turns using the arccw weapons vs the arc9 weaponry, and the arccw versions were winning out by a pretty large margin (out of the 20 matches we did, arccw won 16), this is despite the weapons having identical performance stats.
