For this achievement you need to run Time Spy Extreme on the 1st. of January.

(It was bugged, but unlocked on the 2nd January 2023 after launching 3DMark, for those who ran Time Spy Extreme on the 1st of January)

Dev stated:
Apologies for this issue. There was a server side problem that was fixed (and should work correctly for the lunar new year). We've retroactively awarded the achievement to all qualified results that were run on January 1.

Unlocked without starting the game while I was at work. Nice to see it after work. Thanks Devs! I guess it unlocked as I also published one result online...
