Disabled Pawn Markers

Beskrivning
Adds a wheelchair icon to the colonist list for disabled pawns.

Configurable for what threshold to show icon at, if only permanent effects should be considered, and what capabilities to check.

Hi Kathanon, I hope you're well! :love: I just wanted to drop by to ask if you'd be able to integrate your changes in the postfix from CM Color Coded Mood Bar [1.1+] by any chance? If this mod and that one is loaded together, your icons never show up as they also add their own icons. They added some information in their mod page comment section if you're keen.

* Added option for disregarding genes.
* Fixed missing limbs not being included in "permanent".

Cool mod, but for some reason doesn't like Xenos and most of the time counts them as disabled.

I'm not sure what you mean?
If you are asking it it is compatible, I would expect so, but I haven't tested specifically. I hook into the vanilla mechanism for icons, so it should be compatible with mods that does not replace the vanilla code.
