Conventional American style family starter home with a large front bay window on the second floor. The house is based on one in a million in Toledo, Ohio. I use vanilla plants on the actual lots. They are changed in BOB just for the screenshots.

I love this style of house. I grew up in the Rust Belt, and have seen tons of these in Erie, Youngstown, Cleveland, etc... fits the style of city I build on the game perfectly!

Loving this entire set. Even if it's based on Ohio, it reminds me of all the houses I see here at home on Long Island. Absolutely gorgeous work!
