Start a new game, choose your class, name your name, (Body Type A), and then select Detailed Appearance.
Age - Mature
Voice - Mature Voice 2
Alter Skin Color - Choose whichever shade of grey you'd like. I did a bit of a darker grey to try and emulate the photo.

Next, click Alter Face and Hair, then Adjust Face Template.

After that, back out and select Face Structure, then Facial Balance.
