Better CSS Weapons (And other minor changes)

Description
Makes the CSS weapons a little more useable.

SG552 does more damage than before and has longer range than all the assault rifles.

AWP is a tank/witch buster now.

MP5 is the highest damage SMG now.

M60 has 250 rounds instead of 150.

G3SG1 uses the hunting rifle ammo value. Firerate on G3 and Hunting Rifle increased to the same as the AK.
