When you get to army warehouses don't try to save the freedom soliders, duty guys will kill them
go to Lukash in the base and tell him about Duty positions in the village
after that you will get a mission to kill them
i prefer using a shortcut in the base there is a wall with a diffrent texture,knife it
then when u get to the village smoke the duty squad,and report back to Lukash
You will get another mission to kill a snitch and his mercenary clients
after u iced them DON'T GO BACK TO BASE go straight to the barrier and help the commander to kill the monolith attack
when the quest is done THEN go back to base and talk to Lukash
You will get some money and to be a member of freedom faction in the game
That'it now i have tips for you
small reminder that you are not a loner anymore,so relations are diffrent know
you can talk with bandits now, bar can be visited but only if you kill the duty members
while you are still in the army warehouses go visit the crazy stalker who lives in the cabin at lake near freedom base
he is yelling something its not hard to find him, he is marked as a bandit, he is not hostile, u can't talk with him but
in the cabin is some useful loot, freedom suit and some other small things like antirads or ammo
don't kill the crazy stalker he is not worth his loot.
