a lot of crashing i even updated my driver and its still doing it i have hit 38 hours of gameplay it happens more often.

Turn Ubisoft overlay and notifications off in settings too. Update your main video driver too. This stopped crashing at start of game for me. Runs perfect now

Unless its been fixed since posting and now, I've NEVER had a game crash and im using significantly weaker hardware than you. I would advise AGAINST changing the read status of ANY files unless you KNOW that file is the culprit otherwise you run the risk of file corruption and loss of your game.

my first 40 hours of the game back in december 2022 i have 0 crash now im playing after almost a year and i have like 6 crashes total within 15 hours of gameplay

Literally ever game related folder I have in the documents folder is in read only, are you sure it's a safe thing to do to uncheck read only for ACV?

Unfortunately I have still had 2 crashes since my last comment. Its not my rig

Just tried it. I was only getting crashes during a monastary raid. So far no problems. If for some reason I still get a crash before I finish the game I will comment here. Thank you!!!

Will see if this works after dinner, getting sick of how often valhalla has crashed on me - especially as i was THIS CLOSE to FINALLY beating this one Zealot that's given me trouble when it crashed this time.

what is the document called? this is in a different language and there are a lot of documents in this folder
