This map, which was originally only available for Garry's Mod, features Sniper's Mannhattan craphole of an apartment. This version first appeared in "Scout's Sugar Rush", and has since showed up in several other videos.

Features:

-3 rooms: a joint kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, plus a hallway.
-Pretty much every piece of furniture is dynamic, meaning you can animate them by creating an AnimationSet for them or remove them. This includes the bed, its pillows, and the bathroom mirror.
-The apartment door can be operated by touching it.
-You can switch between day and night windows using the button located outside of the "exterior" wall. Just touch it in the in-game mode or create AnimationSets for the windows and rotate them, or or by type "ent_fire window toggle" into the console (without quotes).
-High quality cubemaps.
-Unlit (dark) version included.

Feel free to use this in your own videos, including monetized ones (does NOT apply to videos hidden behind a paywall). However, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned the map name in the credits and/or provided a link to this page.

Sounds like SFM might have botched the download, so try the following:

1) Close SFM if it's open.
2) Unsubscribe from this add-on.
3) Open SFM again. You should get a prompt asking if you want to unsubscribe from the add-on. Hit OK/Yes.
4) You should get a confirmation saying the unsubscribing was successful.
5) Close SFM again.
6) Re-subscribe to this add-on.

Simple method:

1) Right click on the main screen, and click Draw Game Entities > Other Entities.
2) Done!

This way is useful if you're happy with models being where they are and won't need to manipulate/animate them. Otherwise:

Complicated method that lets you manipulate things as you see fit:

1) Record some gameplay (length doesn't matter, as long as you record past the initial countdown).
2) Once you're back in SFM proper, right click on the Animation Set Editor (the box with models, lights etc. you've added). Click "Create Animation Set(s) for Existing Element(s)".
3) Select all of the models, Doors etc. or pick the ones you need, then hit OK (or whatever it was).
4) Copy everything you just created, and delete the animation sets you just created.
5) Right click on your current shot in Timeline, click Cleanup > Manage Takes.
6) Select the take you just created and delete it.
7) Paste the animation sets back.

Steps 4-7 are needed to prevent occasional lighting issue with props.

Is there anything I am missing besides subscribing to this directly because the furniture wont appear?

You can find the name of the maps at the bottom of the description - in this case, they're "sfm_tf2snipersapt.bsp" and "sfm_tf2snipersapt_unlit.bsp" (without quotes)
