This is not a fair comparison, the laptop 1050 Ti is not the same GPU as a desktop 1050 Ti. They will not have the same performance. Additionally also because the laptop 8750H will reduce the performance of its GPU more relative to the desktop 9900K. It has much slower RAM, IPC and clock speeds. It will result in an additional bottleneck on the system that further skews the results.

You should have used the desktop system config 2 with a GTX 760 desktop card and a GTX 1050 Ti desktop card. Since the things being compared here were supposed to be just the GPUs, that should have been the only component to change, in order to have a fair comparison.

i have a gtx 630 and i can run the game on 5-15 fps on lowest graphics and resolution
