Armory rebalance

This mod use a more linear progression on armory building level tiers

Put this mod on top of other mods that modify armory buildings to make it active !

On first tier, the vanilla only add +1-3 on armour of most low-tier units. This mod rebalance the value for a more logical progression and add a +5% end boost.

• Building armory tier I : +5% -> +15%
  
• Building armory tier II : +10% -> +20%
  
• Building armory tier III : +20% -> +25%

Please note, that if you use this mod on a previous save made without the mod, the values will be set on new recruits and on building armory upgrades.
