Van's Paintings

Beschreibung
Those are my first couple of tries at painting some rimworld backgrounds, figured that i'd share it as some people may be interested ! Enjoy the sight of the calm Archotech plains to the Blighted world of Gamma sonora II

Consider subscribing and liking, it helps and is always very appreciated!

Q : Will you add more ?
A : Those are either made out of pure inspiration or for a mod/commission, they certainly be more as i want to improve and make more beautiful backgrounds for all to enjoy !

Q : Can i suggest something ?
A : You can ! i'm a beginner when it comes to backgrounds and intricate space details but if you have cool idea, i'd love to hear it !

Q : Do i need VBE in order for it to work ?
A : Yes, this is a patch adding those background to the list of VBE backgrounds, it is necessary for it to work.

Thanks to SmArtKar for being a cool dude

Thanks to my graphic tablet for existing, couldn't have done it without

Oh, and many modders in the Steam Workshop often forget that “uncivilized barbarians” from “sanctioned countries” do not have the opportunity to somehow express their gratitude or leave a tip using Ko-Fi or other donation systems...
Check Boosty.to bro!

Hello!
I really liked your wallpaper, I have two suggestions:
1) What about the background with the theme of the mechanoid fleet in orbit around glitterworld? Where space bases and landing shuttles would be visible. Perhaps some blue/red lasers that destroy cities on the surface of the planet, like the Death Star...
You can use references from the movie Oblivion (2013) - there are quite simple geometric shapes of the alien technology and the space base + a reference to the evil AI.

2) Or vice versa - a background theme with the world of ultra-tech utopia, where civilization has overcome problems with eternal sources of energy and the transformation of matter. For example, one might see a green paradise planet, without glaciers/deserts, but permeated with a honeycomb structure of structures on the surface (or an energy shield instead of an atmosphere), fueled by a cyclopean Dyson sphere around the nearest star in the background.
You can use references from the game Halo or Stellaris for this.

These look sick, glad I stumbled on these today. If you do an idea like what @Antares suggested, it'd be cool to see some of a destroyed ship and the casualties floating lifeless in space with the debris
