[Medic] A note to brothers in arms
By Absolute Unit
Good evening.

During some recent period of time what I've noticed, players experiencing some problems in this game, such as lack of communication and understanding principles of the game. Those new players as well as an experienced ones. Especially when it comes to cooperation with Medic. Worth to say, I played with dozens of great people, who are diving into roleplay, behaving good and professional on the battlefield and doing what they have to do according to their selected role.

So here are my few words to those who can improve their understanding and become better teammate.

Medic is there for you.
Yes. There are good and bad people. Good and bad medics. People with lack of experience or maybe they just had tough day and they didn't pay attention to your asks for help. I know you might have a bad day too. Still, give medic a chance to revive you. If you can wait those 30 seconds while guy with morphine tries to reach to you under the artillery strike - do it. Yes, he might die. But at least he tried and you let him. That means a lot. Don't surrender when you see friendly medic is 30/20/10 meters away from you. Some cases I've had - people surrender when I was 2 meters away from them running 70 meters just to witness final breath of fellow a Rifleman. It's really demotivates whose who are trying to do their job and save YOU guys on the battlefield.

You perfectly know - Hell Let Loose is not that fast. Aspire the teamplay, communication and battle spirit.

Together we stand - divided we fall.

Things sure are bad - I blame the devs as "this is too hard lets make it easier" ALWAYS has this effect, every single game that takes coop goes down the drain when you cater for the crowd who just wants fast paced action and finds dropping 50 "hard"

Medic is both the best and the worst thing to play, It either feel great to save everyone or you get hit by every single grenade and artillery strike. No matter what though its great to run into the line of fire to save that one guy.

I actually really like to be medic because running into bum-fuck nowhere is pretty fun and having a tank round or two go over your head is awesome for me. I really like whenever I revive somebody in the worst spot ever and they say that I am the best medic ever, because the medic is super useful because you can revive machine gunners that are in the perfect spot or revive snipers so that they don't have to run across the country, but the only problem I have is when I am in an open field with an enemy rifleman somewhere to save somebody and he just surrenders right as I am on top of him.

@//Roper Mudslide[>>GOF] rifleman isnt a useless class, oftentimes, its the only option, and just because rifleman cant specialize in something, blow you sky high, rip you to shreds with 20 rounds per second, or hit you from miles away doesnt mean we cant dome you, A jack of all trades is still useful, or atleast more useful than the medics on my team running into bumfuck nowhere trying to revive someone just to die immedietley after, simple fact that every player is more useful being another class, any other class but the medic.

I don't care if someone gives up when I play medic. When people die they have a chance to look at the map and redeploy to where they are needed. The best medics accept this and don't complain.

Dear Absolute Unit and the Dev team,

As a very experienced medic with 1300 hours in the game and an infantry fire team leader in the US Army during my short time in the military, there are a few reasons why this role is unsatisfying and somewhat broken in the meta. I have a few constructive criticisms and suggestions.First and foremost is the extremely underwhelming loadouts. Often clans forbid medic and consider it a useless class for this reason (the only useless class is riflemen, but that's another topic.)

The medic box is literally never used by anyone. I have tried countless times to make it work on offense and defense, but it's really just useless as it is. Even if it's in a good spot, no one knows where it is on the map, and even for competent players, finding medical and ammo boxes on map in a gunfight can cost precious seconds causing frustrating, desperate deaths that could be avoided in a game where any reprieve from the horrible meat grinder is a needed morale boost.
Personally I think the medical box should be replaced with something that has more utility and user friendliness.
