You have to find a server that not launched to planet yet.
If you try it alone, mission control will count launch sequence.
You can find server list easily at terminal like 'TIME N/A' or join your friend's server.

It is located in basement(lower floors).
Aim to ball and press 'E' button until grab it.

Ask your host like "Select any mission to open the drop pod gate."
Finally, you are ready.

1. aim to center of square at 3rd seat
2. shoot it (mouse 2 click once)
- if it isn't stuck on ceiling or seat side, try again( go back to 1. ).
3. aim to top of ball
4. kick it (mouse 2 click once and three times)
- if you grab it, try again( go back to 1. ).
