Sandbox Map of small town and not only.

The map has the avanti and casbah map architecture from Team Fortress Classic and i decided to make remake of this map with CSS or DoD Style. The map is suitable not only for Sandbox, but also for team deathmatch or ground control.

When I try to load into the map I get this "ED_Alloc: no free edicts", and yes I am on the x64 branch. What's causing this?
