Soo this is a easy tutorial for you all having problems with the game .
I notice my fps where goin up and down like crazy without any reason, so i try a lot of stuff from sofware the change the game files to even custom set up lines to make it look better and more stable , but the fix was quite easy . I check my full pc cpu and gpu ussage and i notice something was taking away the power of the game and it was ......
RAZER CORTEX . Just disable it and you gona get your fps fix :)

no problem hahah same im not a programmer , probably they will fix it next updates or something but yea the game have certains problems with random stuff like this hope you can fix it :) also if it helps you dont sleep many days in a row my game bug also cause of that .

I've tried it a few times since then and you're right, it does seem to run a little better with cortex off. Seems counter-intuitive to me but hey, I'm no programmer.

i know its weird but it fixed the game for me sometimes cortex mess up with your game and it my case it was limiting my cpu and gpu usagge in way of the hunter , so when i disable it all the gpu and cpu was free . Probably they will update it and make a fix for this problem

So if you use the "Boost Now" option in Cortex, it supposedly frees up (at least for me) anywhere from 800Mb to 1.15Gb of RAM by shutting down a couple dozen background processes. By shutting down Cortex instead, I would only be shutting down one background process. Surely that's not actually better than using Cortex?
