Can you add a video and does this replace sounds like the normal combine soldier sounds or just the metrocop

They are from a Half-life 2 mod called Raising the Bar Redux which aims to recreate the Half-Life 2 beta.

These are Civil Protection based on the ones seen in the HL2 Beta and concept art
