Modification of the R-278 Dugong.

The original R-278 is a work of art, there's not much one could or even should do to it, but:

One more diving suit locker, 6 diving suits from the start, more storage space all around, custom starting supplies, fixed that one locker sprite depth clipping through in fabricator room, added medical bed, some small cosmetic changes.

In the future I'd like to extend the hull and add crew quarters, but this will do for now.
