Enhanced Weapon Sounds: Mini-14

I prefer the more scaled-up M14, at least on paper. This one had to be recently revised because I wasn't satisfied with Insurgency's Ruger sounds. I wanted something a bit more different, something that sounds vaguely like an actual Ruger. I have no clue whether I accomplished this, but until I find better sounds, I'm pretty content.
