Introduction
Zorax is the most annoying boss in the game, so in this guide you will learn how to dodge his Stampede!
How does one tell which direction the "Stampede" will come from?
Zorax always have his arm outward when he call reinforcement. Watch which direction his arm is pointing at and run toward to said direction.
Where should you be during the Stampede?
Away from the Stampede; Strictly Top corner or Bottom corner screen until the Stampede is over, but keep in mind on where Zorax is.

Bottom screen Example: If Zorax is in the middle of the room, then you align yourself underneath Zorax to avoid getting shot at, this however comes with the risk of getting hit by a Triceraton.

Top screen Example: Same situation as the above; the difference being that his laser will flew over you but only if you're at a higher lane than Zorax.

Which spot should you take?

Top screen, as it makes Back-Flipping more consistent (see below) if Zorax is not occupying it.

What are your dodge options during Zorax's Stampede?
Back-flip/Front-flip, Moving up and down, and Jumping (Super Attack are pretty self explanatory, so not gonna go into details.)

These dodge option can be reliable to less reliable depending on the spot you have taken during the Stampede (not taking Zorax into account). This is my own opinion on them:

Top Screen
Back-Flip/Front-Flip: Reliable. Can avoid up to two Triceratons in the same lane with a well timed Front flip. However, you can also avoid incoming Triceratons by hugging the edge of the screen, facing to the direction of the Stampede, and doing a Back-Flip (don't mash Back-Flip; timed it).

Moving up and down: CAN be reliable. Not only does it let you avoid Triceratons, it gives you more control over jumps or BF/FF if you deem it necessary.

Jumping: Somewhat reliable. May result in you getting airshot, Zorax doing his air counter (his horn), or getting bum rush by the many Triceraton.

Bottom Screen
BB/FF: Somewhat reliable. Almost like Top Screen, but now you're taking Zorax's laser into account.

Moving up and down: Same as Top Screen, but you stay underneath Zorax. However, don't do that if he's hanging out near where the Stampede is coming from.

Jumping: Reliable to somewhat reliable. Pretty good for jumping over one Triceraton at a time, but gets more difficult to do once they start to appear faster. On the plus side, being airborne will give you more time to move away from his laser.

Additional Info
- If you see Zorax closing in on you, its better to move up or down to avoid getting punch. You can also jump, but only before he gets too close.

- You can move through Zorax vertically without getting hit by his laser, but only if your character are center to Zorax.

- You can make Zorax do a Shoot-Punch loop by hitting him 1-2 times while he's shooting. Then he will do a punch, dodge it with either Back-Flip or Front-Flip, then do a Flying Attack to Combo until he punch again. Repeat until he flee. This tactic work best when his HP is lower than 50% as he will do 2 cycle of firing 6 lasers.
The End
Now you can control the Stampede better in the game with friends and not to die too much! :)
