i dont understand why people are having issues with this level. It really isn't that difficult. I've beaten every level on my first attempt.

i just spammed the forward roll after a certain point and it worked pretty well too

I just found a way to cheese it, if you step off the train and hold towards it, Grave will stand on some jank collision on the bottom of the train but not on the ground/death plane. You can shimmy your way towards the last carriage (Tunnel won't kill you either since it's actually wide enough to let you do this) and jump back on and the stage will be done.
Totally legitimate.
