Any specific item/achievement can be found by using CTRL+F to search what you are looking for.

• You can use any single character to do full achievements. But if you want to unlock all suit and motor colorways, you need to change characters and complete relevant challenges and time trials.
  
• You are free to explore the world and continue to collect the collectibles and do the rest of the quests after completion of the main storyline.
  
• When you start New Game+, all the challenges and side quests will be reset. Make sure you complete side quests (and showdowns), time trials, secret caches, secret identity missions in one playthrough. The collectibles and defeated enemy counts will not be reset, so you can do the related achievements in your NG+.
  
• With the recent major update, you can get high power gears (up to lvl 60 in Starro and lvl 80 in Kevin Incident) from heroic assault to make your battle easier.

1. Complete main story quests and meanwhile
   - Complete batcycle time trials, secret caches, secret identity missions
   - Do collectible achievements (batarangs, landmarks, historia strigidae)
   - Complete side quests (Case File HQ01, FR01, CF01) and showdowns (If you don't want to do it twice, you can leave it to NG+ because you need to complete these side quests to unlock all showdowns and some showdowns are difficult without high power gears)
   
2. Start NG+ and complete the main quests
   - Do enemy count achievements by fighting specific crimes.
   - Clear misc achievements
   - Clear heroic assault
   - Complete side quests (Case File HQ01, FR01, CF01)
   - Clear showdown battles

There are 9 story-related achievements corresponding to 8 Case Files in the main storyline, which cannot be missed .

Side quests will appear as you progress the main storyline. You can complete these whenever you like. All these achievements will unlock automatically after completion of the following 3 case files.

HQ01: Harley Quinn Case File
FR01: Freeze Case File
CF01: Clayface Case File

The progress of each district can be checked on the map.

It is recommended to do these achievements at the end of NG+ (if you are doing full achievements; if not then at the end of your playthrough) because you can encounter lots of required enemy types when doing main quests and several enemy types will only appear after completing main case files .

[update] These achievements should become easier to get due to the update of heroic assault as you can choose any faction floor to encounter certain enemy type.

To find specific types of enemies, you can check the faction presence in each district to clear random-generated white triangle marks or fight corresponding premeditated crimes.

You need to have beaten each boss in that playthrough to gain access to their showdown. The showdowns can be accessed by going to the area just right of the stairs leading up to the loft. If you find it difficult to defeat some specific boss, you can put the game on very easy difficulty.


FR01: Mr. Freeze 1.4 – Gotham City on Ice – unlocks Mr. Freeze Showdown.
FR01: Mr. Freeze 1.6 – Breakout at Blackgate – unlocks Mecha Freeze Showdown.
HQ01: Harley Quinn 1.4 – Chaos in General – unlocks Harley Quinn Showdown.
CF01: Clayface 1.3 – Rumble at the Reservoir – unlocks Clayface Showdown.
Main Story 8.2 – The Lazarus Pit – unlocks Talia al Ghul Showdown.

Heroic Assault Mode is not available right after you start the game. Instead, the 4-player co-op game mode gets unlocked when you access Case File 05 in the main campaign. After completing the corresponding mission, go back to the main menu. Heroic Assault mode is accessible through the main menu.

This mode drops new mod types, such as Elemental Shell and Element Resistance mods as well as new melee/ranged mods with Damage and Critical Chance buffs. To be honest, this mode is very repetitive and some of floors requires multitasking, which may be challenging for solo players. If you want to clear it fast, you can simply put the game on very easy difficulty.

The Kelvin Incident is now available in the update on Apr 27 2023. This is a new 15 floor raid available in new game plus or after unlocking the raid area and defeating all the side villain missions.

Highly recommended to play on Very Easy difficulty for solo players. I feel it very annoying and difficult to solo even at Very Easy...
