BR4 - Blank Pedestrian Street 8 meter wide

คำอธิบาย
This is a blank pedestrian street requering the DLC "Plazas & Promenades". Blank Roads are for detailers who want to use Intersection Marking Tools to mark their roads. Together with Node Controller Revisited and Traffic Manager: President Edition there is almost no limits of custom road making in Cities Skylines.

This street is 8 meter wide including pavement on each side. The lanes and asphalt part is 4,4 meter wide.

***THIS ROAD DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPARLY WITHOUT ADAPTIVE NETWORKS***

Because of how the road editor works, it's not possible to save flags for hiding the bollards in the ordinary way or to just let emergency vehicles through. Use Adaptive Networks to turn on bollards on the nodes where you like em to show, and use TM:PE to ban the vehicle types you don't want entering the street.

@Sir Sheikhs Pears: I hoped maybe this one didn't need P&P and the description was faulty (a copy/paste of the 16m). ^_^ Oh well... I guess I can buy P&P now since all its bugs seems fixed by the today patch. ;)

@BoraBora: Oh, I guess KPTR2112 just forgot to add the Park&Plaza DLC to the dependency on WS page.
However in the description he says loud and clear - in the first sentence - that this road needs P&P DLC.

Weird: there's no "You need DLC to use this item" automatic warning though I don't own P&P. Not that I complain, but the 16 meters version does have it, so what gives?

Fantastic job on all those BR4! Thanks a lot.
