verney's reworked combat icons

Ave citizens! Here's a small rework mod that changes the combact tactic icons in game. I got a bit tired of seeing animal faces instead of what the actual tactics looked like, so I have done my best to represent them more intuitively here. Imperator has a well done delineation between generic tactics (envelopment , shock action, bottleneck) and specialized tactics specific to different cultures (triplex acies, phalanx) and I have created the files to more less reflect this difference too. Pictographic icons showing silhouettes are for specialized tactics (except Padma Vyuha) and a more traditional/over-view display for naval and generic ones (except skirmishing).

Update 1 2023/12/30

Fixed the issue of combat icons not properly showing in the battle interface when two armies are having a scrap (see new image). Note: this comes with the consequence of the images not being as crisp anymore as the default GiMP files are half the size of the ones I had before. I have tried to get them sharper, this is the best I can do, but open to anyone with a better solution.
