KAT Static Blood Type Updated [OUTDATED]

The feature has been added to the KAT main branch, so this mod will most likely break things.

This mod is essentially just a repacked version of the static blood type function from A3E's Blood Extension. The only thing that I changed was rewriting it to be compatible with the current version of KAT Medical Rewrite.
The way it works is that it takes the last 2 digits of your Steam 64 ID and assigns you a blood type based on that. The last digit assigns you the actual blood type, just like the original mod (See original mods workshop page for explanation).
Your Rh factor (+ or -) gets assigned based on the second last number in your Steam 64 ID. If the number is in the range of 0-3 your Rh factor is -, if it is 4-9 the Rh factor is +.
