Lost Account Data / Wiped Heroes on Ranked

Since this issue always shows up.

If you lose your data, you can enter the information needed on this google form and as soon as the data is recovered by a CG employee you'll get a message back from someone who has access to the sheet

When your data is lost / wiped, you should not login into the game until you hear back about it. The more times you log to check if it's back, the higher the chance of it becoming unrecoverable

If you open ranked and this is what you see:

You should close the game as soon as you can. Don't make any characters, don't go into your tavern. Just close the game and enter in contact with the forms below:

After your data is restored by a Chromatic Games employee, you'll hear back about it, usually by Thales or Escev.
This might take some time, but you should be patient. The less times you open your game, the higher the chance that your save data gets restored
