don't recall it's capabilities 100%, i'm pretty sure it can cruise on both alien and earth planets with out the use of hydrogen thrusters. it will need hydrogen thrusters to climb over mountains if i recall , so if you manage your fuel its flight times are pretty good, it's a battery powered build trying to save money and make it a realistic re-usable build with very little use of uranium.

it can escape planets atmosphere under full load it has some impressive feats as well as being a cheaper to build earlier on due to the battery powered and re-usability of the ship in survival.
