I believe it's twilight. Void made the skybox texture back in 2019 (https://tf2maps.net/threads/dusk-till-dawn-skyboxes.38863/) So I believe its setting.

Making a video about this map. Question for any of the authors: Would you say the map takes place at dawn or dusk? Like, is the sun rising or setting? Or is it just a really harsh and colourful overcast day?
