The bar is inspired by The original bar in Atlanta. I liked this bar for the it's vibes. ps( i have never visited that bar,if anyone had good times there,just let me know in the comments.
I made this bar to be Modular, so decorate it with signs,murals, grafitis and maybe posters for a band you like.You don't have to stick to the screenshots look. no DLC needed for the asset

for any sign that you want to resize use procedural objects, or just use move it.

I checked for the red number, and found it has no problems with performance at all. so if you had any trouble with the asset, just let me know asap in the comments.
