I looked at what mods that I've downloaded retexture the Beam Graser. I've found Vanilla Textures Expanded, Reinforced Mechanoids 2 & Morphs Assorted Biotech Retex.
You could add these to the <loadAfter> tag in the About.xml so it autosorts correctly:
<li>vanillaexpanded.vtexe</li>
<li>hlx.reinforcedmechanoids2</li>
<li>morphsassorted.biotechretex</li>

Put it lower on the load order, you must have some other mod that changes its texture, like a high res textures mod etc.

I have this mod but the beam grazers are still red

The issue arises because of Oskar and his vision of what "vanilla" is supposed to be.

Could you add some red to the laser cannon so it's still recognizable as a different weapon class from all the mech charge weapons?

Huh. Now that's something new to me. Thanks for clarifying that. I assume there's no way for you to color mechs less than 100 years old in the green-ish color? :D

Here's how that works:
If a mechanoid has less than 100 years it will be a clean white.
Any mechanoid above 100 years will use the dirty green-ish color.
I believe cleansweepers are bugged and always use the green-ish color as of now.

The tunnelers I create have their main color set to white and the secondary color can be set by me. The thing is, I spawned a tunneler in with devmode and this one does not have a white primary color that can't be changed but this slightly green-ish color that mechanoids in rimworld have
