Descripción
This 4-block build contains a passenger seat with two light armor back-panels topped with an LCD panel (this build represents the least number of required parts to display the data). The LCD panel lists the GPS locations for 137 asteroids with platinum near the Earthlike planet. If you spawn this blueprint in using Creative Mode, you'll find 10 datapads in the passenger seat, 9 with a listing of 14 GPS locations and 1 with a listing of 11 GPS locations; 137 total. If you build this blueprint from a projector, simply build the LCD panel to get the listing. Then copy each 14-line group of GPS coordinates from the LCD panel into a datapad (one group at a time, or using 10 datapads) to save the data. From the active datapad, simply highlight all 14 entries and click on "Create GPS Marker". You'll need to go into your GPS listing and double-click them one at a time to make them active. That's it.

Note: This list only applicable to the vanilla Star System map, not spawned-in planets since that will change the location of asteroids that spawn. Furthermore, this list is intended to be reasonably comprehensive, but it's certainly not complete. I'm sure there are additional asteroids with platinum that I didn't find, and certainly more the farther out you travel. In general, I limited my searching to under 60 kilometers from the planet's surface, or about 17 kilometers beyond the planet's gravity well.

Yeah, and if I would just take the time I'd map the other planets for platinum.

Nope, not for the vanilla Star System map. Same seed. Same asteroids. Same ore distribution and locations.

Aren't asteroids generated with some game seed ?
Thus each game they are elsewhere ?
