Grandparent-Teacher Conference
Get The Failure Of Fulfillment Ending
The Failure Of Fulfillment ending is unlocked by default. Play through the entire game and reach Week Five without having offered Grandpa a Parent Doll.

The Child Is The Mother Of The Parents
Get The Fulfilled Contract Ending
In order to achieve The Fulfilled Contract ending, you will need to:

• Craft the Mom Doll and the Dad Doll, gluing their respective photographs to the Paper Dolls
  
• Feed Grandpa an Anthropoid Remnant in order to draw out his proboscis
  
• Offer him a blood sacrifice and then a Parent Doll
  
• Repeat the feeding process again to offer him the other Parent Doll

The tools needed to discover the photographs, the Paper Dolls, and the Anthropoid Remnants are obtained by feeding Grandpa Concealed Foodstuff items. (For instance, the Corroded Battery stuck into the Potato will grant you the Concealed Battery. This is done at the Kitchen Corner in Grandpa's Room.) Feed Grandpa a total of three Concealed Foodstuff items to get him to cough up the Key, the Scissors, and the Flashlight, one by one.

The Flashlight will allow you to progress into Room C to nab a Paper Doll and Dad's Photograph. The Key is used to get Mom's Photograph (in the Bottom Drawer of the Cabinet), and the Scissors allow you to cut up the Bulbous Growths which yield Anthropoid Remnants.
