I will advice making your element team 1 best and having 2nd grade team as back up team. Then after 3-4 months making your team 1 as back up and creating new team with different element than team 1, since new meta replaces team 1 you can read further below to understand.(Hopefully I can explain).

1)Did you start on steam release or october nov ?
: Closest SSR Saki fuwa and then alyss for saki in future.

2)Did you start in late nov or dec ? wanna skip saki ?
: Closest best SSR is Lyra\Tian or much later released Annabella for you then. Make sure to get claudia for lyra. Annabella wont need anyone she is core type so you can use her with any fire element unit.

3)Best volt option ?
: Get fenrir as max as possible. Fenrir is the best volt dps now. Appearntly for fenrir you dont need tianLang. Basically fenrir can be in any team and best team is Lin,Fenrir, as for third weapon use Claudia\TianLang\saki

4)Best fire option ?
:Annabella and then Lan if possible. Theres many new Great character element unit in future too.

The dps isnt must for game you can go healer or tank too. Specially in difficult bosses like in this game. If you want to be 90k CS all 3 weapons at 6*, Its not must that you absolutely need to be 90k+CS.
as of now Ruby,Saki,Lyra,Sirius are gen 2 dps(else support if you use as) gen 3 are Annabella,Alyss,Fenrir

PS: Pick different element dps after 3-4 months. Your dps will get replaced in 3-4 months obviously so if you use volt phy fire ice then concider changing to another element in gen 4 that way you will have gen 2 volt team skip gen 3 and gen 4 fire ice phy ( which ever you pick team as 1rst element). If you just keep pulling on ice team then you will have to keep replacing your ice dps.

There arent many SSR that are coming rather most prev released limited SSR will get limited rerun again.
